Aunque Madonna grabó otra versión de esta canción, pertenece al disco Like A Virgin (1984), la canción no es suya, es de 1979 y ha sido interpretada por muchos otros. En el 96 Madonna nos regaló este vídeo que es toda una obra de arte, el vídeo está hecho en un sólo plano secuencia (sin cortes) con una travelling que se acerca a ella y después de aleja. De manera muy inteligente el director del vídeo, Jean-Baptiste Mondino, hace que el ritmo lo den las cortinas que se mueven por el aire no echándose de menos en ningún momento montaje externo. El vídeo fue grabado en Argentina en un descanso durante el rodaje de la película Evita. Madonna estaba embarazada cuando lo rodó.
